Here is a quick picture of me at the New Media Film Festival on 6-9-2016. I stopped by to say hi to Susan Johnson the producer of the festival. However, she had a bit too much going on as she kept everything running smoothly. I did see her, but I didn’t get a chance to chat with her on this evening. I used to attend quite a few of her programs and meetings when the New Media Film Festival was getting started. I’m planning to someday have a documentary entered in this film festival.
While I did not get a chance to talk with Susan, I did meet some interesting people. I also had a chance to watch and experience an interactive documentary on an iPad. It reminded me a little of programmed learning made famous by B.F. Skinner. I do think that a programmed learning type of documentary has some potential for the kinds of shows I do. This is especially true if they’re presented in a learning environment such a school or for homeschooling.Follow me on Google + to comment and connect
